My name is Louis-François Milot, and I am passionate about training and movement. I have over eight years of experience in the health and physical activity field. I completed my bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2020.
I have worked in rehabilitation with patients to help them return to work, as well as with professional athletes to help them perform better in their sport . What does a kinesiologist do?
The kinesiologist assesses the physical condition of the client in front of him, who has a physical deficiency or not. Its role is to establish a training program using physical activity and specific movements, then ensures its implementation with the aim of improving or restoring health.
The kinesiologist can intervene preventively with healthy people, in order to support them in their activation and fitness process or to help them improve their performance. He can also intervene with individuals whose human movement dynamics are deficient, in order to help them improve this condition through the practice of adapted physical activities.
Kinesiology services can therefore be aimed at a wide clientele.
