Physical fitness assessment

The main purpose of the assessment is to determine your expectations with our kinesiologist regarding your objectives.

Following this, we will be able to conduct muscle strength, mobility, and cardiovascular tests tailored to your goals. These will allow us to develop a training plan that will enable you to progress.

Private sessions

Individual training sessions with our kinesiologist will allow you to achieve results more quickly. They will correct your exercise technique to optimize each movement. Whether your goal is to move without pain or to improve your fitness, they will guide you so you progress session by session.

Semi-private sessions

​

Small group sessions of two people are ideal for having follow-up with an individualized program, but at a reduced cost.

During semi-private sessions you are a little more autonomous in carrying out your program, but your kinesiologist will guide you to ensure that your movements are performed correctly with the right loads.

Group lessons

​

Our group classes work the whole body, so if you are looking to improve your overall fitness in a stimulating environment with other participants, then our group classes are ideal for you.

You will work your cardiovascular system as much as your strength and muscular endurance.
