How should I dress for the assessment?

Since a portion of the evaluation is allocated to having you take physical tests as well as mobility tests, we recommend comfortable clothing (shorts or sports pants, appropriate shoes, etc.)

What are the different packages for private sessions?

For private sessions, you can choose between 3 packages (4 sessions, 12 sessions and 24 sessions). You also have the option to pay for one session at a time if that is what you prefer. If you want the specific price of your package, just go to the reservation page for the details!

Not sure which package you want? No worries! We offer the starter package which includes an assessment and 4 individual sessions at a reduced price. This package is ideal for people who want to try kinesiology services.

How do semi-private plans work?

Semi-private packages are also 4, 12 or 24 sessions. On the other hand, prices depend on the number of participants in the group. Depending on whether you are 2, 3 or 4 people in the group, the prices will not be the same. If you would like to participate in a semi-private group lesson or would like more information, you can contact us by phone or email.

What are the costs for group lessons?

Accepted Answer

Registration for group classes is $240 + taxes for 8 weeks, with two training sessions per week lasting 1 hour. Evening group classes are currently at 5:30 p.m. and group classes for ages 65 and over are at 10:30 a.m.
