How should I dress for the assessment?

Since a portion of the evaluation is allocated to having you take physical tests as well as mobility tests, we recommend comfortable clothing (shorts or sports pants, appropriate shoes, etc.)

Yes! As a member of the Quebec Federation of Kinesiologists, we are able to provide you with insurance receipts.

How long are the sessions?

Individual sessions and group classes last 60 minutes.

Can I come and train alone at your gym?

Accepted Answer

No, for the time being we are keeping the gym open only for private sessions and group classes, in order to provide the best service to our clients. If you wish to book an appointment for just one program, you will need a membership at another gym, but it is perfectly possible.
